Our Galvanizing plant has a capacity of 40 tones per day and has state of art facilities for coating and testing. The plant has been set up and run by the most experienced personnel in the Galvanizing Industry.

The company has set up well-documented acceptance standards and testing criteria for the galvanized products, which are based on international standards For galvanized coatings on fabricated Iron & steel articles (BS EN ISO: 1461:2009, ASTM A 123/A 123M-09, ASTM A 153/A 153M-09, ASTM A 53/A 53M Type E or S, grade B and ASTM A143M) for Galvanizing. The acceptance criteria are strictly followed and any material, which deviates from the same, is rejected and reprocessed.
It has been our continuous endeavor to improve our over all Quality Management System and our process system. We have followed a policy of continual improvement both in process as well as products. This has resulted in improved quality and speedy delivery of all our products thereby resulting in better customer satisfaction and we are sure to extend the same to our Galvanizing process.
